Why Aviation ?

As a student fresh out of 10+2, you are undoubtedly eager to decide upon a career. A world of possibilities awaits you……You could pursue a career in Medicine or Technical or Architecture or Interior Designing. Then there are the Arts, Civil Services, Sales and Marketing……….! But stop….right there! and Think…. Think hard….Because the decision you make will have a great bearing on the rest of your life. While choosing your career, you must prudently and judiciously review the long-term prospects on the account. A career in AVIATION assures a promising future. Today, advances in aircraft design and state of Art technologies in the cockpit possess great challenges to the Pilots, and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME).

India is one of the fastest developing countries in the world. Due to the liberalisation policies of the government, there is tremendous growth as to the economy on all fronts. One of the glaring examples of liberalisation is privatisation of Civil Aviation. Many private Airlines and Corporations viz., Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, kingfisher, Paramount, JetLite, Indi Go, Spice Jet, Go Air, etc, are operating today in India with very good operating revenues. To meet the growing need of the Passenger Airlines, Cargo Aircrafts, Private Air Taxi Operators, Business, Corporate jets, Flying Clubs, Govt owned aircrafts, and MNCs there exists urgent need for the trained Pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. It is in this direction FLYTECH AVIATION ACADEMY is established 16 years ago. The immediate objective is to impart training to a number of potential pilots and Aircraft maintenance Engineers with its headquarters at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. FLYTECH AVIATION ACADEMY is promoted by group of Aviation professionals having a vast experience in this field.

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineers play a Major role among the Maintenance personnel to keep the Aircraft ‘Airworthy’ at all times. No civil Aircraft engaged in flying for hire and reward can do so without the Aircraft (which includes Airframe, Instruments, Radio and Navigation equipment etc.) being certified as Airworthy by the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s holding AME licenses on the respective trades.

The maintenance of modern sophisticated aircraft’s calls for high degree of technical knowledge, competence, proficiency, dexterity and integrity on the part of the concerned personnel. Tremendous responsibility lies upon the present day Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s who are interested with the responsibility of certifying the modern sophisticated Aircraft’s with its astronomical costs, manned by experienced crew trained at high cost and great care carrying the precious load of ever increasing number of passengers.

There is at present wide gap between the requirement and availability of technical personnel and the industry is feeling the constrained.

The gap is likely to widen further with the retirement of old and experienced technical personnel in the immediate future apart from new upcoming airlines and vast expansion of existing airlines.

Thus, there is more than ample scope for decent highly remunerative and exciting Job in a glamorous field for youth well trained in the field of aviation.
